WATER STATUS REPORT

Information for Realtors

Notice – beginning January 1, 2018, water samples will no longer be taken in conjunction with a Property Conveyance Application. Instead, if water review is needed for a property transfer, a complete Water Status Report application will need to be applied for. Water Status Report applications that are submitted in conjunction with a Property Conveyance Application will be given a discount equivalent of an hours review time.

Please refer to the FAQ for further details.

IMPORTANT!  Kitsap Public Health District is proposing changes to drinking water regulations that will impact the property conveyance process. Click here for more information and/or to provide feedback.
